Privacy Policy

Weyn Workforce Solutions ("Weyn", "we") is the data controller for personal data processed through weyn.ie. Contact: info@weyn.ie.

• Contact details you submit through forms (name, email, phone).
• CV and work-history information when you apply for a role.
• Account data if you create a login (email, hashed password, role).
• Basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and failed sign-in attempts (for security).

• Providing our recruitment service (accounts, applications, interviews, matching you with roles) — performance of a contract or steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Sharing your profile with prospective employers — performance of a contract and our legitimate interest in placing candidates (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
• Job alerts and marketing emails — your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.
• Security, fraud prevention and service improvement — our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Tax, accounting and employment-law records — legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).

Candidate information is shared with prospective employer clients relevant to your application. We never sell personal data. We use these service providers, under contracts that protect your data:

• Lovable Cloud — website hosting, database and file storage.
• Resend and Lovable Email — sending account and application emails.
• Google (Gmail) — sending interview invitations.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, transfers are protected by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

• Candidate profiles, CVs and applications: 2 years after your last activity, then deleted or anonymised.
• Records of successful placements: 6 years, to meet tax and legal obligations.
• Failed sign-in records: up to 30 days.
• Marketing preferences: until you withdraw consent or delete your account.

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the use of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. Signed-in users can download their data or delete their account from Account settings → Security. You can also email info@weyn.ie — we respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission, 21 Fitzwilliam Square South, Dublin 2, D02 RD28 — www.dataprotection.ie.

Data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit. Access is restricted to authorised Weyn staff on a need-to-know basis.
