Last updated: June 2026

This policy explains what personal data Weyn collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to candidates, employer contacts and general visitors to our site.

Data we collect

  • Contact details you submit through forms (name, email, phone).
  • CV and work-history information when you apply for a role.
  • Account data if you create a login (email, hashed password, role).
  • Basic technical data such as IP address and browser type.

How we use it

To match candidates with suitable roles, communicate about applications, manage client engagements, improve our services, and meet legal obligations.

Sharing

Candidate information is shared with prospective employer clients relevant to your application. We use trusted service providers (hosting, email, analytics) under contractual safeguards. We never sell personal data.

Retention

We retain candidate records for as long as needed to support active placements and recurring opportunities, after which they are deleted or anonymised in line with our internal retention schedule.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion or export of your personal data at any time by emailing privacy@weyn.com. We respond within statutory timeframes.

Security

Data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit. Access is restricted to authorised Weyn staff on a need-to-know basis.
