This summary explains how Weyn shares candidate personal data with employer clients during the recruitment process, and the safeguards both parties commit to.
Weyn acts as a recruitment intermediary between candidates and employer clients. Where required by law, Weyn and the client may operate as independent or joint controllers.
Only information relevant to the role: name, contact details, CV, work history, right-to-work status, references and notes from screening. Sensitive data is shared only where lawful and necessary.
To enable the client to assess suitability, conduct interviews and make hiring decisions. Data is not to be used for unrelated marketing or profiling.
Candidates retain all rights set out in our Privacy Policy and may withdraw consent or request deletion at any time by contacting privacy@weyn.com.
Any suspected breach involving shared data must be notified between Weyn and the client without undue delay so affected candidates can be informed where required.
This page summarises Weyn's standard arrangements. Specific commercial engagements may be governed by a separately signed Data Sharing Agreement with the client.
